We have been living here for nearly a year and we are still enjoying it as much today as we did when we moved in. Working with both of you during the planning and construction was delightful. You always listened carefully and were open and receptive to our ideas. You offered good suggestions and alternatives, which I’m sure kept us from making some bad decisions. When we asked for changes you were able to quickly tell us if it would cost more than the original price quote and how much it would cost. This was a big help in tracking and keeping us within our planned budget. Jeff, I really appreciated your willingness to allow me to do some of the work. Although, it turned out I did less than I planned when we started, it probably saved us money and certainly stress in the long run and improved the finished result. Serena, your suggestions with planning, colors, and decorating were great. It’s always nice to have someone like you to offer suggestions and ideas. We have worked with several builders over the years in building four new homes and our experience with you, Jeff and Serena, was by far the best.

We are especially pleased with our new Vista Point home in Camas being built by Bella Villa Homes- and would like others to know how pleasant our experience has been. This is our 4th custom home construction project and is our most enjoyable yet. Jeff and Serena—you two are great to work with and we especially appreciate that both of you have been so helpful even as we live 1200 miles away and cant visit our new project often during construction. We are looking forward to moving in soon. We were lead to Bella Villa Homes and Jeff Creagan initially by the high quality of construction obvious during our tour of several homes and discussions with owners. Our decision to select Bella Villa Homes for our builder was easy after looking at many homes by other builders on the market in the Vancouver area. Bella Villa Homes assisted us in finding a beautiful lot in the vista point development in Camas in November 2009 and construction started promptly on schedule in early January 2010 and continues to progress very well.  Jeff and Serena have been excellent to work with and their dedication to customer satisfaction shows in all our discussion and communications. Every step of the construction project so far has been very positive and we look forward to a timely completion and move-in soon. We are so pleased with our project and welcome contacts by others considering Bella Villa Homes as a builder.
